If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at email@example.com before 8AM AET. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
All deliveries to Australia handled by Australian Post.
IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
A signature is required upon receipt of goods. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive the package.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
No import duties, customs and taxes applied for orders within Australia.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At DF Shop, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on all full price items. The following change of mind conditions apply:
- Exchange or refund: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange only if we have the item in stock, otherwise you will be refunded.
When returning the following requirements have to be met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning the item/s to DF Shop for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
- To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the email address used to make an order.(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DF Shop cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Australia, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns. We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you! Items returned without a valid RETURNS AUTHORISATION # will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. When you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 3-5 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
